We accept a variety of payment methods including:
  • Pay on Order allows for payment via HomefitiPay or by bank or mobile money (Mpesa,Airtel Money) upon placing your order.
  • HomefitiPay accepts payment through Mpesa, Airtel Money, Sendwave, or Western Union
  • Vouchers: Pay using a voucher code when placing your order.
Homefiti prioritizes customer payment security with encryption, and secure servers. Regular monitoring and auditing are also performed to maintain a secure environment for transactions.
Most payments on Homefiti are processed immediately when completed. However, specific processing times may vary depending on the payment method. To ensure that your payment is processed quickly, we recommend that you use a simple payment method known to you. 
 If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel and get a refund.
Homefiti operates a money back guarantee policy whereby an ordering customer from our online shopping site, will receive a refund on the amount spent in full if any of the below applies:
  1. If a customer order is not delivered within the communicated delivery time by our Customer Care team.
  2. If the items a customer ordered are damaged or not as per their specification.

You must notify us of the need to return an item within 14 days of delivery.
If you need a refund, then Customer Care will contact you and process your refund.You should receive the refund within 1 business day.
If the product is showing on our website then it is available in our warehouse and stores.
When you click on Need Help? there is a place to enter your order number. This is the six digit number that was sent to you by SMS upon placing the order. When you press the Track button, it will advise of your order status.
We don't allow walk in services for single item customers because the store is only meant for storage and delivery purposes. The goods are not arranged in a manner where customers can walk in freely.
